Job Scope:

• Perform frontline duties, greet and register patients.
• Assist in coordinating and controlling the flow of patients.
• Triage the patients upon their arrival, measuring their vital signs and directing them to appropriate clinical zones.
• Maintain medical records of patients.
• Assist doctors and nurses for various patients' medical needs, such as collecting medications and preparing for wound dressing.
• Oversee processes and keeping records of billing and payment.
• Assist in maintaining the medical centre’s various stocks and supplies.
• Address the questions that any patient might have with regards to the medical centre’s operations and workflows.
• Liaise with managing agents with regards to security and maintenance of the medical centre.
• Assist in executing preventive health programmes and lesson
• Assist in any other administrative tasks that other staff may need help with.

• Min. Nitec / Diploma in any fields
• Entry Level, training provided !!
• Prior Clinic / Dental experience will be an added advantage
