PURPOSE OF JOB

Support the system and network administration for all IT systems thus providing a reliable platform and foundation for all IT business applications. Responsibilities include efficient and effective performance of all server hardware, operating systems, cabling, networks and communication and IT infrastructure.

JOB FUNCTION

• Responsible for Level 2 & 2 IT Infrastructure support, and all aspects of servers, network equipment, backup, network equipment, UPS, servers room equipment and other peripherals which includes implementation, patching, installation, and configuration.
• Administering, maintaining, and managing the computer systems - Operating Systems and Communication Systems.
• Maintains documentation regarding security and service records relating to hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.

• Conduct periodic maintenance, audit and compliance for servers, UPS, and network equipment.
• Facilitate and liaison with all outsourced vendors for all application remote support and Move-Add-Change requests.
• Ensuring computer and information security by implementing relevant procedures and standards.
• Periodic update all servers, network devices to latest security patches and firmware. Conduct regular or quarterly servers, network, UPS audit and preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to internal Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and deliverables.
• Documentation.
• Any other work assigned by Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

A diploma or degree holder preferably in Computer studies, Networking or Communications with at least 5 years working experience in the IT industry. Should be a team player and a reliable, responsible, and diligent person that possesses initiative.

• Min. 3 years hand-on experience in administrating Windows Active Directory, Windows Servers, DNS, Office 365 Admin, MS Azure, and other system related issues.
• Min. 2 years hand-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting network equipment, VPN, and wireless Access point.
• Min. 2 years hand-on experience in managing and configuration of Hyper-V, Microsoft Authenticator, SharePoint, networking and troubleshooting etc.

Responsible for assisting the F&B Manager, Outlet Manager with the administration and running of the F&B division. Assist Managers to meet or exceed designated efficiency and service standards. Primarily responsible for organizing work and follow up / tracing pending projects.

As a F&B Administrator, we rely on you to:

• Handle the daily administrative workflow such as reports, forecast & budget and other related correspondence.
• Assist F&B Managers and Executive Chef with their assigned duties.
• Ensure all contracts with F&B partners are maintained and up to date.
• Follows up on promotion details, upon instruction to ensure that necessary promotional materials (manuals, flyers etc.) are prepared.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining Sharepoint, CRM applications including installation, update/upgrade, configuration and setups.
• Responsible for the interfaces/jobs monitoring, configuration and troubleshooting on network, connectivity issues
• Provide routine administrative support; register and renewing domain name, SSL certificates, importing certs
• Maintain registry/inventory list of the applications, certs, its versions, expiry dates, access controls, and users/roles list
• Conduct/Perform sanity test on the systems post updates/patches
• Participate in DR exercise, including drills and table top exercise
• Responsible as independent release manager not involved in application support team
• Perform system patches, applications deployments and new releases
• Perform connectivity test for new interfaces, keys generation & renewals
• Conduct preventive maintenance, such as housekeeping and logs extractions.
• Create/Remove accounts/user groups if needed
• Retrieve and extractions of application logs for troubleshooting and investigations
• Communicating control deficiencies and making recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal staff for problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
• Involve in cloud resources administration, monitoring and provisioning
• Setup, configure DevOps/CICD on cloud
• Assist in executing project activities.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum at least 8 years of working experience as application/systems administrator.
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Windows Servers , Microsoft AD, ADFS, SFTP, File transfers)
• Experience in SecureConnect product, its configuration & setups
• Experience in Symantec Protection Engine product
• Practical knowledge in managing and working in multi-vendor environment
• Experience, familiar in working in Data centers and Government Commercial Cloud environments, experience in GPC is added advantage
• Experience in managing Singapore public sector agency’s system and environment is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritisation on handling issues
• Expected to work after office hours, weekends/PH. Replacement days off will be granted when needed to work during this timings.

You Will

You Are

• Manage active directory, server, server virtualization, Cisco switches and routers.
• Manage User Accounts on Azure AD for all Office 365 Services.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in IT or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience as network engineer in a MNC environment.
• Good project management experience in implementing network and Cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of executing systems integration and infrastructure deployment.
• Solid hands-on practical experience in managing enterprise firewalls, routers, switches, proxy servers, domain name servers (DNS), bandwidth management system, IPS/IDS and server/platform system.
• MCSE certification a plus
• CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP certification a plus
