Assist the outlet manager in the overall management of the studio.

Ensuring smooth operations within the studio, including administration and front desk duties, and providing tip-top customer service to the art jammers.

ROLE

The Project Designer develops, implements, and creates design concepts and provides design continuity and leadership for one or more projects. ROLE

The Senior Architectural Designer coordinates or undertakes the design development, production, and delivery of small to mid-size projects as a member of the project team or on their own projects. The Senior Architectural Designer develops initial design concepts, supports the production of presentation drawings and sketches, and solves design complexities under the direction of senior members of the project team. Assignments require independent action and decision-making, as well as the ability to manage the work of others. The Senior Architectural Designer reports to a senior member of the studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Under the preliminary direction from the Project Architect or Project Manager, analyzes and develops approaches to the creation and modification of architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details of a project based on the design intent
• With the direction from the Project Designer, develops, modifies, and reviews drawings according to established standards
• Coordinates the development and implementation of initial project design concepts
• Participates in the production of 2D and 3D presentation drawings, sketches, and renderings as well as early design studies for client and/or project team review
• Understands and translates design intent into technical documents
• Supports project phases from initial design concepts through the completion of construction
• Coordinates and communicates project information with other disciplines and with the client representatives, consultants, and contractors
• Focuses equally on aesthetic and functional considerations and applies proper QA/QC methods throughout the project
• Conducts product and code research and incorporates it into technical documents

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with the creative team to conceptualise and execute a multitude of static creative assets such as banner ads, EDMs, and other digital marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with marketing and social teams to produce engaging video content (e.g., ads, GIFs, Instagram posts) for social media channels that align with brand objectives and enhance online presence.
• Contribute to broader creative tasks, including video editing, photoshoots, retouching, product styling, and other multimedia initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in graphic design, visual communications or similar and/or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of professional experience as an in-house digital designer
• Experience in the ecommerce, beauty industry experience is a huge plus.
• Creating thoughtful designs (be it in the form of a video ad or static banner) will come as second nature.
• Proficiency in design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital work.
• Must possess strong communication and time management skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a natural ability to adapt to feedback, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in managing brand design for an international audience is highly desirable.
