Make sure all design align with brand guidelines, creating a cohesive look and feel across all event materials.
Review your work (and others!) to ensure every detail is on point and visually stunning before submitting for approval
Mentor junior designers, offering guidance and support as they grow their skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure everything comes together flawlessly
Stay in the know about the latest design trends and tools. Bring new ideas to the table that elevate the client's event
Work with project managers to keep your designs within budget.

• Manage operational and maintenance tasks in Science Labs and Art Rooms.
• Operate simple life science equipment.
• Prepare and set up equipment for experiments.
• Prepare materials for art lessons.
• Maintain and update data records, including stocktaking.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and typing.

• Develop and execute ideas from conceptualization for events and exhibitions.

• Work closely with the teams to ensure alignment of design to client's requirements.

• Assist in projects where teamwork is required.

• Ensure that all design work is completed to the highest standard.

• Knowledge of software like 3D Max, sketch-up, Auto-Cad, Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Conduct quality checks fabrication.

• Strong technical knowledge.

• Understanding multimedia technology and the process of researching the latest trends.
