• Responsible for BIM 3D/4D/5D overall implementation plan according to company’s goal.
• To work with the BIM team to support & coordinate drawing/technical issue with projects.
• Monitor submission schedule & resolve clash with project team.
• Provide technical/costing support for tender development.
• Verify tagging and allocations are possible as per site conditions, prior to release of drawings.
• Implement BIM standard knowledge and setup into project.
• Develop Civil & Structural designs & drawing as per specification.
• Develop, coordinate and control BIM model & drawing information.
• Coordinate with main & sub-contractor on engineering issues.
• In charge of BIM funding application etc. (BIM) Create 3D model & prepare related drawing/documents as per schedule in good quality when it’s necessary.

Education / Qualifications:

• A degree in an Engineering or Diploma on Construction Building Services discipline would be advantageous
• Preferably on pharmaceutical, manufacturing, high rise building, commercial, data center, industrial plant projects.

As an Art Director & Copywriter, you will be working closely with the team to drive bar-raising creative content to delight, inform and inspire audiences. Role: 

• Supporting the conceptualisation and development of daily creative & content executions across all social platforms.
• You will be responsible for always-on social content curation efforts, from research and ideation to final expression.
• Supporting the rest of the team and collaborating with clients’ marketing, branding, and other teams and departments.
• Work with the team and create the strategic foundations to help us generate and execute impossible-to-ignore ideas for the clients’ branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Lead design & copywriting in the creative process, from brainstorming to designing pitch comps to delivery.
• Localising and adapting predefined formats and brand/campaign moments
• Stay relevant and in the know of the client's products and services
• Ideate and execute ideas from beginning to end in a fast-paced working environment.
• Create original visual executions that are exciting and innovative and that respond to the client’s business, brand and strategic objectives across the region. 
• Source and manage freelancers, third-party vendors and production partners.
• Maintain client relationships and apply business acumen to develop accounts where possible.

You:

• 2+ years of experience creating awesome work for top brands, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency creative production experience
• Experience with cross-channel visual language strategies and execution across digital, social, events and motion
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
• You’re a graphic design enthusiast and interactive media advocate and, not tied to specific creative and execution formats, able to execute design work across all mediums.
• A multi-faceted designer who knows your Adobe Creative Suite well, and you’re happy to bounce between all kinds of software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere), depending on the occasion. 
• You don’t just consider yourself a great designer but also an amazing creative. You love coming up with ideas as much as you love spending time crafting them!

• A sharp-eyed, detail-oriented and good design ambassador. You have a strong sense of layout, colour, composition and type

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning APAC.

Responsibilities

• To be able to lead team in project management and design issues;
• Ensures project design intent and objectives are executed;
• Provides guidance and leads team in design, documentation and presentation of project;
• Manages contractual issues together with Contracts department;
• Ensures drawings comply to authorities requirements;
• Controls and manages issuances of changes and documents to ensure consistent quality;
• Contribute to the Organization operational and management system;
• Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and completion of projects within specified cost, time and quality;
• Maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements at all times;
• Plays an active role in contributing to the organisation’s continuous improvement initiatives;
• To conduct technical meetings with the Client, Consultants and Contractor for on-site issues and progress;

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage various stakeholders;
• Resourceful and has excellent planning and time management skills;
• Proactive and detail-oriented;
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects;
• Required to go on-site occasionally.
