Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the daily commercial work with Land Transport Authority and SMRT and build up trusted relationships with internal and external business partners
· Liaise with sales and operation team for daily artwork censorship and coordination of media activities and events at Thomson East Coast Line
· Provide full spectrum of administrative support to sales team and work closely with the operation team to ensure smooth execution of media campaigns and prepare post report for evaluation of the success of clients’ campaign
· Support the team to prepare campaign proposals for pitching and develop content writing for social media and press-related materials
· Assist in ad-hoc projects/ duties as assigned and to ensure meeting project timeline and within budget
· Regular report compilation for LTA and SMRT in timely and accurate manner
· Research and monitor competitor activity across various platforms
Requirements:
· Degree or above
· Minimum 3-5 years of marketing and communications experiences with at least 2 years at managerial/ supervisory level
· With relevant experience in outdoor media industry and digital agency is a definite advantage
· Good people management is preferred
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and strong sense of responsibility
· Good leadership, Detail-minded, result-oriented and capable to solve problem
· Good command of written and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
