Job Description:

• Position: Admin Assistant (Warehouse)
• Well Established US Manufacturing MNC
• Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.00am to 5.15pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): $1,800 - $2,500 (basic salary) + AWS
• Working Location: Tuas
• Company transport & lunch provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Administrative duties involving warehouse coordination activities.
• Co-ordination with suppliers and freight forwarders for PO delivery & container schedule.
• Ensures proper documentation not limiting to classification, sorting, filing and archiving.
• Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information is capture in the system.
• Ensure daily warehouse operation reports are submitted accurately and timely.
• Handle inquiries from departments, suppliers, customers, colleagues and management etc.
• Responsible for effective administrative/clerical function in the warehouse office.
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods.
• Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in a warehouse or administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
