Job description

· Provide day-to-day support for HR functions.

· Process payroll.

· Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database & etc.) of each employee.

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR and Admin functions in construction industry.

Research Assistant/Associate positions are available in the Information Systems Technology and Design (ISTD) Pillar, Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). The candidates will conduct research in acoustic sensing and simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM).

The ideal candidate preferably has the background in machine learning techniques and image recognition algorithms to solve complex problems and improve project outcomes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and optimize ML models that are critical to the success of our projects.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and image recognition algorithms tailored to project-specific requirements.

Experiences

We have several available postdoctoral and research assistant positions at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) to work in the area of Robotics. This position focus on supporting the design of algorithm for various robotics applications.

Qualification:
- Relevant Degree in Electrical Engineering, , Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related areas

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a high level of customer service and assist in members' and guests’ inquiries
• Collect ball fees, Toptracer Range fees, and ball card top-up fees
• Assist with bay reservations for members and the public (phone, email, in-person)
• Supervises and directs junior level CSA in the golf shop as well as field attendants
• Assist to manage the receiving and processing of new inventory in the shop
• Assist to stage and prepare club activities and leagues being organized at the driving range
• Liaise with other departments such as housekeeping, and engineering to report facility issues for a timely resolution.
