The role will serve as the HR shared services Center for SEA (Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Malaysia and Taiwan) and will be accountable for the end-to-end HR service delivery. Reporting to regional HR manager APAC and collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, the role is expected to develop and implement strategic initiatives and process improvements to ensure consistency & compliance as well as HR operational capabilities are effectively leverage across the entities.

• Build and develop a strong HR Shared Services center that focuses on ensure achievement of key HR service delivery KPI, process conformance and process optimization.
• Provide guidance and support to the team in handling HR inquiries, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and HR policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to employees.
• Conduct regular training sessions for HR team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in HR operations.
• Recruitment coordination and posting
• Preparation of work passes and visa applications including renewals and cancellations.
• Induction and orientation planning
• Administer and check monthly payroll of the entities in a timely and accurate manner. Close liaison with HRBPs to ensure that changes in payroll are reflected.
• HRIS management including employee data, leave records and payroll records in the local HR systems and vendors. Responsible for making changes to Sucessfactor employee position and information updates, uploading of compensation portlet.
• Generate standardized letters in relation to employment, confirmation, merit increase, salary increment, promotion, acceptance of resignation.
• Ensure offboarding process is carried out in a compliant manner.
• Ensure data privacy and security in HR operations by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in HR operations or within an SSC or multinational organization.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations across the South-Eastern Asia region.
• Strong experience in managing HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
• Proven track record of managing a diverse team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices for HR operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications (Experienced in Timesoft and SAP Successfactor would be advantegous)
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages within the South-Eastern Asia region is a plus.

Job Description

1. Assist the Senior HR executive to process the full spectrum of payroll related matters
2. Manage and handle employee’s records in HR system
3. Prepare monthly payroll transactions (approximately 800-1000 headcounts)
4. Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
5. Manage E-leave & E-attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance
6. Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, 7. Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
7. Prepare OT monitoring weekly report & monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
8. Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
9. Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

Job Requirement

1. Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
2. At least 1 years of payroll related experience
3. Ability to work on weekends or Public Holiday(if any) during month-end closing
4. Familiar with MOM regulations, Employment Act and HR practices
5. Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
7. A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently

Job Summary

Drive the passenger vehicle daily to provide transport for the clients attending the Day Care Centre, Dementia Care Centre and Day Rehab Centre.

This involves and includes the maintenance of the vehicle(s) owed by the Senior Care Centre.

Provide custodial care for clients attending day care and day rehabilitation.

Driver

• Render assistance and supervision of the clients, ensuring client comfort and safety, according to the standards set by SCC when clients are boarding, alighting and traveling in the vehicle
• Pick up and drop off clients at the designated location and assist them to the centre or to the drop off location
• Assist in the transfer of clients where necessary
• Help the clients settle down and be strapped safely after boarding the vehicle.
• Accompany clients to the designated block where necessary
• Accompany clients in vehicle to ensure they are comfortable and safe during the journey
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of the vehicles

Care Staff

• Supervising clients to carry out their routine re-habilitation, therapy and diversional activities.
• Serve meals including tea/ coffee breaks to clients and may require to feed clients
• Assisting elderly in toileting
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the centre at all times and carry out the necessary cleaning daily.
• Carry out other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Valid driving licence
• Prior related care associate or healthcare assistant working experience from the Healthcare sector preferred
• Confortable helping out the Elderly at the centre

Tentative Working Hours

Monday to Friday / 42.5 hours per week (8.5 hours per day)

• 7.30 am – 5 pm
• 8.30 am – 6 pm
