• Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Business Management, or in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in B2B and B2C consultative sales, ideally within service-oriented sectors
• Deep understanding of solution-based sales and marketing strategies relevant to the financial sectors in Southeast Asia, particularly Life, Health, and Investments Insurance.
• Extensive network within Southeast Asia’s financial institutions, both private and public.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse business audiences, including C-suite executives, VPs, managers, operational staff, and agents.
• Excellent skills in negotiation, active listening, and delivering impactful presentations.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional fluency in regional languages such as Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin Chinese, or other Southeast Asian languages is strongly preferred to build client connections.
• Good pitching skills with the either of above languages is preferred.
