The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, posting job ads, interviews. The role also involves liaising and attending recruitment fairs, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws

Recruitment

• Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites

• Review applications to shortlist candidates.

• Conduct initial interview for the shortlist candidates and arrange appointment with hirings

• Source candidates through various channels ( job portal, recruitment agency etc) and explore new sourcing channels

• Work closing with hiring manager to understand requirement

• Prepare necessary papers for the hiring process including offer & negotiation

• Establish positive relationships within the various stakeholders and candidates to assist with the seamless recruiting process.

Recruitment Fairs

Liaise with organizers and attend recruitment fairs to attract potential candidates.

Onboarding and Offboarding

• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

• Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring all exit formalities are completed.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administrative or similar

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related functions

• Good communication skills (written and oral)

• Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the Asia customer services team, ensuring effective collaboration with Account Managers, the Logistics team, and customers for timely and precise communication. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support our process of continuous improvement with customers, vendors and providers
• Work in accordance to ISO9001 and AN/EN9120 standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and related experience in the Aviation and customer service functions
• Previous management or supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to lead team with strong delegation skills is required
• Experience analyzing and determining staffing requirements, work schedules, and resources needs is desirable.

Requirements:

• At least 2-5 years working experience in administration role

• Manage, maintain, and support network, desktop & server infrastructure which includes setting up and maintenance of servers, storage equipment and conducting backup and data recovery activities
• Provide Server administration support and Database support for MSSQL DB.
