About the Team
You'll contribute to content strategy and planning, and have an understanding of how regional campaigns support business goals. You're independent, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving. You have experience juggling multiple projects and prioritizing them to have the greatest impact on your team and the company. You're also a strategic communicator, helping to define product narratives in conjunction with your team. You'll write and edit campaign content, GTM materials such as video scripts, in-app feature webpages, newsletter copy, and push notification copy, as well as apply and evolve our style guidelines. You have a strong intuition for writing clear, concise copy that is easily translated and localized for our global audience.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the content ecosystem of international short video platforms. Develop a deep understanding of content, analyze business data and user needs to identify key issues in content production, distribution, and consumption. Set quantifiable goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Conduct quantitative data analysis and qualitative observations to address critical issues in platform ecosystem evolution. Provide effective insights and leverage product mechanisms, content/recommendation strategies, and AI technologies such as machine learning to create a positive content consumption and creation environment.
- Gain in-depth familiarity and understanding of content recommendation processes and principles. Collaborate with recommendation algorithm teams and analysts to validate the effectiveness of various recommendation strategies and drive continuous optimization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or above
- With more than 3 years of experience in product or strategy roles. Strong content understanding, with experience in content strategies, scheduling strategies, recommendation strategies, or product recommendations preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation. Capable of addressing complex problems with a focus on key priorities and a long-term vision.

- Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills.
- Individuals who are deep consumers and creators of content products and those who frequently use international content platforms.
