Job Description:

• Perform Picking & Packing based on customer order

• Provide customer service and issuing of orders

• Perform loading and unloading of goods，Receive and inspect incoming goods

• Ensure accuracy and quality of items for receiving and delivery

• Communicate with salespersons and drivers

• Perform housekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment

• Other store duties as and when assigned Requirements

Job Requirements:

• At least an 'O' level or 'N' level qualification

• Hardworking and can support overtime

• Physically fit as this job requires you to carry at least 15kg of goods, and diligent, and able to work independently

Roles & Responsibilies:

• Handle general office administrative duties: answering phone calls and attending to visitors
• Manage work-pass and or related matters i.e application, renewal, cancellation etc.
• Coordinate and place orders for materials and supplies as per project or operational requirements.
• Data entry, sorting and filing of documents
• Welfare and issues of foreign workers

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' level
• Preferably literate and bilingual for English and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work as a team.
• With PC knowledge such as, MS Excel/Words/Power Points.
• Willing to work late if require.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Picking, Packing, Loading, Unloading of cargo.
• Check, Tally, Scan Inbound & Outbound (FCL/LCL) goods.
• Perform value-added jobs such as pallet wrapping, removing labelling, re-labeling, decanting, housekeeping and other warehouse related work.
• Ensure compliances with security and safety rules and regulations when moving the materials in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• MUST Possess WSQ certified Forklift Operating License
• Knowledge of basic working English
• Independent, fast learner with positive attitude and able to multi-task
