Job Summary

Requirements

• Preferred degree in marketing, business management or related.

Job Responsibilities

• Staying updated on and adhering to all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements for employment.
• Attending relevant courses as needed and providing feedback on MOM updates to the company.
• Collaborating with employment agencies to source qualified candidates and conducting interviews to select suitable hires.
• Maintaining accurate records of staff leave and other HR documentation.
• Overseeing general office administration, including handling purchases for office supplies and pantry needs.
• Managing vendor relationships, including cleaners and other essential service providers.
• Sourcing reliable vendors for the company and managing company assets, including renewals of memberships, vehicle VPC, road tax, and insurance.

Requirements:

• Previous HR experience is not mandatory, but a willingness to learn, attend HR courses, and a passion for HR are essential.

• Complete daily warehouse tasks such as receiving, sorting, and putting away items, as well as picking, packing, and releasing orders.
• Manage material handling and maintain general cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Organize items in their designated locations.
• Follow packing procedures in SOP.

Salary

• Day shift basic pay from $10.50/hr
• Night shift basic pay from $12.00/hr
• 1.5x pay if exceed 44 hours per week / OT
• 2x pay if work during non-scheduled days / PH

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘N’ Levels
• Preferably at least 3 months of warehouse or supply chain management experience
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting Able to lift items weighing up to 15kg (if required)
• Flexible to work on a shift schedule, including weekends, within a 5-day work week
• Good understanding of the Logistics/e-commerce industry
• Experience with a reach-truck is a plus; possessing a forklift license is advantageous

Requirements:

• Diploma/Basic Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a similar job scope
• Basic knowledge of the Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associate.
