• Track and organize incoming orders using spreadsheets or databases.
• Communicate with customers to verify order details, delivery schedules, and special requests.
• Keep an organized filing system for documentation.
• Manage phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Work closely with the operations team.
• Provide support with other tasks as required to assist the team.
