Our client is an estate management services company. They are looking for a Temp Admin Assistant (Audit) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Help with collecting and reviewing data for audit planning.
• Use data analysis tools like Excel, ACL, and Tableau in audits.
• Keep clear and organized records of audit work and findings.
• Contribute to identifying issues and making suggestions for process improvements.
• Support the team leader in finalizing audit findings and reports, and gather management responses and action plans.
• Monitor progress in addressing audit issues and control problems.
• Assist in creating the annual audit plan and prepare reports and materials for management and the audit committee.

Requirements:

• Background in accounting, business, or related studies (No experience required for applicants).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle trouble shooting on products on site and identify any leaking or faulty installation of the components
• Perform visual and functional checks on the products on site
• Provide site supervision on contractors for proper installation of the products.
• Communicate with workers on site and supervise their tasks
• Present on improvement plans that generate pull through of product sales
• Work closely with Sales to promote on-site services contracts
• Provide both technical and market insight support to sales department for Oil & Gas market and mechanical packages
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s degree in Instrument / Mechanical engineering or strong science/technical discipline with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
