Required qualifications

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related fields (preferred).
2. Experience:
   1. Proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on customized solutions.
   2. Hands-on knowledge of JIRA and other project management tools (e.g., Trello).
   3. Familiarity with AGILE methodology, Sprints, and associated ceremonies.
3. Skills:
   1. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
   2. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
   3. Effective communication for managing clients and cross-functional teams.
4. Certification: PMP is a plus but not mandatory.
