After this transition, he or she will serve as an independent General Manager (GM) for SEA including Singapore and Malysia. Description of the Role

The GM of SEA will have full responsibility for the P&L for Singapore and Malaysia. He/She oversees full functions of the local management including Commercial, Projects, O&M, Technical, Procurement and Supporting functions such as Finance, HR, Admin, QS and EHS. He/She sets up and manages company priorities while setting leadership examples and strategic direction for team to make responsible decisions and execute effectively. • Be the P&L owner including order intake, revenue timely generation, gross profit, EBIT, cost control, cash flow and working capitals.
