Reports to Head of Assistant General Manager and work closely with Tenancy Manager
Core Responsibilities
As a Tenancy Executive of Timbre Group, you will work closely with the Head of Tenancy Management and reporting to the General Manager on all tenancy related matters, business development and/or operations matters as assigned.
Tenancy Management
Assist the Head of Tenancy Management to manage all tenancy related matters which includes but not limited to: -
• Tenant Acquisition – Assist in leasing activities which may include sourcing for tenants, assist in viewings and any paperwork leading up to the completion of the lease agreement.
• Tenancy Management – Ensure all terms and conditions are maintained. Ensure tenants abide by their agreement, relevant code of practices and statutory acts, etc
• Tenant Relationship Management – Maintain & manage good working relations with tenants. As the key point of contact with tenants and other parties, you will handle all correspondences / feedback on tenancy matters. Ensure all matters reported have been handled and properly closed.
• Manage and ensure effective management of arrears
• Engage with tenants to participate and contribute actively towards management programs as well and obtain their feedback
• Keeping track and analyse Tenants’ sales as required
• Attend to emergencies as required
• Manage any other ad-hoc duties
