• Prepare commission spreadsheet
• Data entry, invoicing and filing records
• Handle partial set of account (AP & AR), Payroll etc
• Key in all accounting transactions into MYOB accounting system
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Assist admin team with Business Submissions to providers
• Perform any other related duties as assigned
• Handle general administrative work and ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level with basic accounting knowledge. Otherwise, 2-3 years of relevant working experience is accepted
• Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
• Must be able to work independently and be resourceful
• Well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Knowledge of MYOB Accounting will be an advantage
• Prefereable for candidate to start work immediately
