Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, FinTech, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the fintech, trading systems, or brokerage sectors.
• Proven experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and a related certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US financial market operations and regulations, including SEC, FINRA, and DTC.
