Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries (Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam), with a focus on headhunting top-tier talent.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for all levels of positions, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and requirements.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage recruitment campaigns, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and selection processes.

Employee Onboarding & Contract Management:

• Oversee the creation and management of employee contracts, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Manage employee onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and work environment.

Employee Handbook & Policies:

• Develop and maintain an updated Employee Handbook, outlining company policies, procedures, and legal obligations.
• Advise employees on policy interpretation and manage any employee relations issues.
• Ensure that all HR practices align with local legal regulations in each country of operation.

HR & Administrative Operations:

• Handle daily HR operations including payroll administration, benefits management, and leave tracking.
• Administer the company’s benefits programs, ensuring employees are well-informed and properly enrolled.
• Maintain HR records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.

Regional HR Compliance:

• Ensure HR operations are compliant with local labor laws and industry regulations in each country.
• Liaise with legal advisors to address any compliance concerns or disputes.

Staff Engagement & Development:

• Develop programs for employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
• Manage training and development initiatives for staff across different regions, ensuring consistency in employee development.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administration, with specific experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam).
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in each of the mentioned countries.
• Experience with employee contracts, handbooks, and HR policies.
• Proven ability to headhunt and interview candidates across multiple job functions.
• Experience managing administrative tasks such as payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Familiarity with HRIS software and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work across cultures and regions.

Team Introduction

The Product Strategy & Operations team is part of the TikTok Global Monetization Product & Technology organization and holds a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work with advertisers from all verticals, such as eCommerce, Retail, Travel, Media & Entertainment, etc, to make TikTok the most immersive and frictionless advertising experience for consumers to discover and purchase products, content and services, and for advertisers to generate and capture new and existing demand at the point of discovery. We are on the critical path to delivering TikTok's Ads revenue and working on building the next-generation performance ads solution for TikTok.

We are looking to bring on an experienced Product Marketing Manager who will lead product strategy and go-to-market planning for Lead Ads products. The near-term focus of the person in this role will be to understand the unique needs of marketers by business model and marketing objective, and support building solutions that can optimize their true business outcome on our platform.

The person in this role will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of products and partner with Product Managers and Engineers to understand customer needs, recommend features, execute tests, and lead go-to-market planning for the global launches of products to all TikTok marketers. This person will have the opportunity to become an expert on customer needs and market opportunity and use their insights to shape what solutions are built and shipped for marketers.

Responsibilities:

- Become an expert on customer problems and market needs by engaging deeply with TikTok's customers, customer-facing teams and industry sources

- Manage a high performing, global team of product marketing specialists

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research with the focus on exploring new solutions and gathering early insights to inform product planning

- Become the product expert with assessing product market fit for products through alpha and beta testing phases, and establishing a closed loop mechanism to gather timely feedback and ultimately ensure product launch exceeds customer expectations

- Set the vision for product launch and GTM strategy, and partner closely with your regional counterparts to drive in-market activations, sales enablement and product adoption

- Influence product requirements through early stages of planning and development with a clear articulation of customer feedback and market insights, becoming a trusted partner to product and thought leader in the problem/solution space.

- Participate in establishing a high caliber/best in class product marketing team at TikTok by leveraging opportunities to share best practices, evolve our processes and frameworks that benefit the entire team and PSO organization

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree required, with a focus on Marketing, Economics or Business Administration

- 5+ years of product marketing in the tech industry

- Experience leading teams of 10+ people in product management, product marketing, or operations function

- Comfort with ambiguity and using a data-driven approach to establish strategy and priorities

- Experience launching products globally and core product marketing skills in product positioning, messaging, naming, and GTM planning

- Ability to manage multiple products and markets and have a good sense of prioritization to drive the highest impact in the role (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements)

- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work across multiple time-zones

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with 0-1 product - shaping product strategy, testing in market, defining GTM plan, establishing plan for scaling

- Self-motivated to set a high bar for success and excellence in the role
