Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Service Engineers & Technician and supervise the overhauling & commissioning of Engine & other aux equipment

• Prepare service and calibration reports of the work activities

• Carry out a risk assessment for each service and observe safe work practices and regulations onboard vessels & in the workshop

Assist the Salon Manager on the day to day running of the salon, including training, sales, consulting, ordering of stock, calculating of days taking and other assigned roles. Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent
• At least 8 years of payroll experiences in leading role

• Good knowledge of statutory regulations and regulatory requirements
