· Assist the strategy for CPM as it relates to management of CCIB stressed exposures across ASA region working closely with Stressed Asset Group. Work towards optimisation of RWA and liquidity in the legacy stressed asset portfolio for the ASA region and ensure appropriate data capture/ data management that can feed into and improve CCIB’s data / credit modelling regimes.

· Perform deep dives and deliver strategic action plans to proactively manage the CCIB ASA portfolio to mitigate the potential headwinds, and to also support opportunities that could arise from the circumstances.

· Proactively manage horizon risks, especially on macro country risks that could negatively affect the RWA and RoTE of the CCIB business.

KampungKakis is seeking a purpose-driven and entrepreneurial Executive Director to lead the organisation in achieving its objective of alleviating social isolation among seniors in Singapore. The Executive Director will be responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing operations, fundraising, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the overall success and sustainability of the organisation.

About Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the KampungKakis' mission, vision, and values. Align with the Board and lead the team (staff and volunteers) towards achieving short and long-term objectives.
2. Operational Management & Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient program delivery, managing resources effectively, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing Charities in Singapore. This includes but are not limited to:
