About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to achieve business sales targets and other key performance indicators as prescribed by the company
• To hunt for and expand sources of referrals, which may include AIA related entities in the region eg AIA agencies in the region and Bank Partners, as well as non AIA related entities which might have potential for to introduce Affluent / HNW clients which may include International Brokers, Bancassurance, FA and Agency channels, to foster and build sales growth
• Develop and nurture Introducers through activities focused on business development and training
• Organize, participate, and provide support to external networking events/conference/seminars (onsite or online) with the purpose of generating potential corporate leads
• Complete the onboarding process for the introducers and ensure they are equipped with the right knowledge and process to refer prospects
• Have the discipline to provide timely and accurate prospect information and sales activity data for the purposes of management reporting and sales forecasting to senior management

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Management / Banking & Finance)
• Minimum 10-15 years of sales & management experience in the finance industry, preferably life insurance
• Attained CLI, ILP, HI, FNA qualification e.g., M5, M9 & HI
• Strong business development & high net worth (HNW) experience with partners and intermediaries which includes but not limited to international brokerages, bancassurance, FA and agency channels
• Good technical knowledge of high net worth (HNW) insurance, investment and wealth management products and services
• Demonstrated track record in achieving sales target
• Effective problem solving, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Reporting Manager
Report directly to the Assigned Senior Project Manager or Deputy Director (Projects) or Director (Projects)

Quality Assurance / Health & Safety Support
Administer Project Management resources to assist QA / H&S to:
Ensure compliance to QA / H&S requirements;
Recommend penalties for subcontractor non-compliance to QA / H&S requirements.
Ensure follow-up to site quality inspection (by external consultant) comments.

Operations Support
Administer Project Management resources to assist the Operations to:
Incorporate construct ability inputs from the Operations in design drawings;
Ensure the timely receipt of design drawings for subcontractor tender.
Attend the respective site meetings on a monthly basis.
Ensure that the site managers / engineer attend their respective design meetings on a monthly basis.

Finance Support
Administer Project Management resources to assist the Finance to:
Ensure prompt payment of Client progress claims;
Justify provisions for individual projects, as well as deviations in the cost reports;

Formulate technical responses to tender;

Compliance to key legal obligations in relation to the project;
Flow through of Client contract obligations to the subcontractors;
Project schedule and site progress;
Project cost and budget adherence;
Project cashflow and adherence to Client progress claims;
Formal project certifications, including handover certificates;
Defect rectification progress, particularly during the handover / final statement claim stage;
Any legal claims from the Client or subcontractor;
Maintaining relationships with the Client;
Maintaining relationships with relevant authority officers.

Other Responsibilities:
Administer the filing and archiving of assigned projects documentation.
Submit project progress reports for the Management Review.
Recommend improvement on existing Project Management procedures / processes, including documentation.

Job Description

• Ensure On-boarding KYC, KYC on customers’ account maintenance and periodic. KYC review documents are appropriate, sufficient and the completeness of customers’ documents are in accordance to the AML standard set by the bank.

• Perform validation on transaction reviews and be able to identify any

abnormal transactions during KYC review.

• Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all KYCs conducted for

customers and reviews are completed timely as per AML requirements.

• Partner with Business unit and work closely with Compliance when

performing due diligence checks on customers.

• Initiate STR filing if any suspicious activity is uncovered during KYC

checking and reviewing on a timely basis.

• Organize regular AML training for business units to promote compliance awareness and updates on regulatory requirements

• Assist to streamline KYC processes and propose solutions to LCD for future revisions.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the AML/KYC/CDD related functions in Corporate Banking / Commercial Banking.

• Keep a good in-depth knowledge and understanding of current AML/CFT regulation and KYC procedures.

• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to multi-task.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer literacy essential in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Able to work both independently and as a team

• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese language both in spoken and written form so as to communicate with Chinese counterparts.
