Job Role:

• Liaise with Project Manager and Lead Engineers to collaborate and collect progress updates
• Work with Document Controller and Project Controller (Overseas).
• Responsible for creating / managing / updating the project schedules in Primavera P6. Should also be aware of managing multiple baselines.
• Prepare regular progress reports & S-Curves as required
• Prepare monthly reports including Float/Gap analysis, Manpower Planning and Cost reports.

Skills and Competency:

• Should be well conversant in Primavera P6.
• Should have a pleasing personality and good communication skills.
• Knowledge on Monthly consolidated reporting / Cost reporting shall be an additional advantage.
• Resource Loading, Basis of Earned value method (EVM)
• Multiple baseline Preparation monitoring and S Curve Reporting
• Float Analysis & Critical path analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor project progress against contractual requirements and provide status updates for management reporting
2. Manage, schedule, and keep track of site progress for manpower allocation
3. Responsible for overseeing the overall site progress to ensure the structural, architectural, and MEP works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance with the defined standards and safety regulations
4. Provide regular reports to the Management on the progress of overall works in assigned projects

4. Strong leadership to monitor Coordinators and Foremen for the works executed
5. Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to enhance our in-house products to stay ahead of the competition and ensure that they remain and integrated best-of-suite solutions for our clients. As a PM, you will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team to design, develop, test and launch the new features and new products to market.

Feeling the pulse of the customer, business and market trends is core. JOB DUTIES

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations support teams to better understand our clients’ needs and synthesise your findings into the product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and customer feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Constantly in touch with customers’ pains points, needs and desires and scoping an innovative and viable solution.

• Actively conduct reviews, manage approvals, and sign off processes for product feature sets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree of Computing, Engineering, Product Design or related field.
• Over 5 years of related work experience in the domains of product or project management, business analysis, system analysis, process reengineering and consulting in IT / Tech industry.
