The consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on business strategy, operational improvements, and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation & Strategy Development:Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
   Develop and present strategic recommendations to improve overall business performance.
   Assist clients in identifying new market opportunities, competitive strategies, and business growth initiatives.
   
2. Operational & Market Analysis:Analyze business processes and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

   Assist in the development of business models and forecasts based on client needs.
   
3. Change Management & Implementation:Support clients in implementing business strategies and operational changes.
   Work closely with key stakeholders to manage the transition and ensure buy-in for change initiatives.
   Provide continuous feedback and support to ensure the successful execution of business plans.
   
4. Risk Management & Compliance:Assess and provide recommendations on risk management and regulatory compliance.
   Assist clients in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
   Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure clients’ adherence to legal requirements.
   

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in business consulting or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business operations, strategy development, and market analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and analysis tools.

Provide technical support and assist Manager in project planning and coordination of all site activities.

• Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary works.

• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality.

• Liaise with consultants, owners and relevant authorities on their engineering request.

• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Project Manager (Construction)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee Civil or Architecture Engineering Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects, adhering to deadlines, budget and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in handling Construction Projects and Productivity Enhancement.
• Responsible for Digital Infrastructure Planning, Scheduling and Budgeting infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for driving Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) across projects.
• Ensure Construction Projects are delivered, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables and tracked
• Manage on-site project/construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Ensure all Project activities comply with environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Involve in managing Project Crews, Subcontractors, and other Project Team Members.
• Strong knowledge in Construction Productivity in Productivity Enhancement
• Good in handling Project Productivity Enhancement proposal and Construction Productivity.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
• Implement and enforce Risk, Quality, audit and control checks measures to ensure high standards of workmanship and materials.
• Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Good Knowledge in Civil or Architecture Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Civil Construction industries
• Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) certificate Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) certificate is MUST.
• Good knowledge of IT Digital Infrastructure.
• Safety related certificate such as supervisor safety, risk management, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
• Possess good communication and interpersonal / management skills.
