• At least 3 years relevant experience of sourcing Cocoa or similar commodity in Africa. In addition, should be in leadership role and responsible to deliver profit in his recent role as Trader.

As our business grows, we are looking to further strengthen our Program Management team by hiring a Program Manager (PM) to lead internal project teams. You will be responsible to ensure flawless and smooth execution of the contracted programs according to defined timelines and cost, via leading multidisciplinary project teams. In this role, the Program Manager is the key interface between Sales and Operations organizations and the customer. Program Manager is responsible to manage multiple projects, either within one technology, or within multiple technologies and oversees the complete life-cycle of all the projects.

Based on experience, programs under PM’s responsibility range from small or mid-sized to large and complex portfolios, based on the seniority. During execution, key focus is on the customer centricity and internally on quality, cost, profitability, timelines and risk management.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project execution after deal closure. Direct, lead and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams and hold team members accountable to deliver results within an agreed project governance structure to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the life of the program. Shared customer relationship management with Account Managers.
• Coach, mentor and, via frequent discussions with line managers, continuously develop project team members.
• Program Manager utilize in-depth understanding of multiple functions and strong relationships with these functions during the execution.
• Act as single point of contact for customer with regards to operational questions and ensure each project milestone is delivered in line with the agreed objectives. Act as the customer advocate and champion in the Lonza’s Singapore Project Management organization.
• Manage project scope, timelines and budget and program profitability together with core project team. Raise and prepare scope changes and communicate them to a customer in close collaboration with Account Manager. In collaboration with Account Management / Commercial Development, create mid-long term program strategies.
• Define, organize and be responsible for all customer communication (using an open communication model), agreeing milestones and conducting “lessons learned” with the customer, as well as executing decommissioning at the end of contractual activities.
• Program Manager ensures the right and effective internal and external governance are in place and are effective. Also ensures very clear alignment of internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the local Sales & Operations meeting, by best in class forecasting and demand planning for the given programs.
  

Key requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences related discipline with commercial acumen or experience in project planning; PMP Certification highly desired.
• Experience working in FDA regulated biotech/pharma industry with proven experience in a project management capacity.
  Relevant business and customer interaction experience in a CDMO highly preferred, but not essential.
• Knowledge base of clinical research strongly preferred, with experience of moving pharmaceutical products from clinical into commercial manufacturing environments an advantage.
  Statistical techniques and failure analysis, validation concepts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to be applied at high level.
• Excellent soft skills to build solid relationship within the global network, e.g. with customers, key accounts, and program management.

1. Responsibilities

· Ensure overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

· Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.

· Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.

· Plan and lead the development of the business case/concept paper and funding.

· Plan and lead the overall procurement activities, in particular Tender Specifications compilation, tendering, tender evaluation, recommendation & award.

· Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones and deliverables.

· Build comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.

· Conduct regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders.

· Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.

· Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.

· Manage the project schedule & lead activities towards the successful closure of the project including Performance Guarantee and Warranty Period

· During project maintenance, lead the application maintenance and support services covering:

2. What we are looking for

i. General

· CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.

· Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.

· Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.

· Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.

ii. Infrastructure specialisation (additional requirements)

· Proven ICT project management experience, preferably in medium to large scale ICT projects in government sector.

· Experience in IT Infra Project Management (Systems, Cloud, Network, Facilities, Data Center).

· Possess a proven and successful track record in delivering complex IT projects/programs.

· Hands-on IT professional with full SLDC lifecycle experience.

· Experience in a project management methodology - Prince2, PMP.

· Good knowledge of ICT infrastructure: Servers. Network, IT Security, end-user computing (EUC), ICT Operation.

iii. Security specialisation (additional requirements)

· Knowledge and experience on Use Cases and threat model development.

· Strong knowledge in Firewall, IPS, WAF, Proxy, API gateways and Network Security Architecture.

· Experience in SIEM, Security Architecture.

· Review and verify security requirements for new initiatives, for delivery of secured systems.

· Strong understanding and experience of Singapore Government security standards and compliance.

· Familiar with Singapore Government data security policies and governance

iv. Change Management specialisation (additional requirements)

· A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.

· Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.

· Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.

· Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
