Position Objective

The HRIS Project Manager will report directly to the HR Director, Asia and will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) system rollout within the framework of the overall HRIS project.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of Asia school implementation plans, including the setting of deadlines, responsibilities and deliverables.

• Identify and escalate new risks to the project, communicate them early to the project team, and manage assigned local risks.
• Make timely, effective decisions at the local level and communicating those decisions both up and down the project structure, while approaching needed decisions in a logical and thoughtful manner and weighing conflicting information.
• Work with the global project team and Cornerstone technical team for deployment.
• Create change plans for managing the local cultural change of shifting from existing methods to a new, centralized solution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HR regulations, standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Senior Manager, Project Management, you will support the delivery of large Data Centre Projects from their inception to completion, or, depending on your experience, lead our small to medium scale projects. You will then support the SPM or lead your team in overseeing the construction and commissioning of the project. Role Purpose:

The main duty of a Sales & Customer Management Executive (SCME) is to secure excellent sales results (new and existing students) in order to assist the Teaching Centre to meet or exceed its sales targets.

The SCME is also responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience to customers when handling enquiries about British Council English language services and to provide a high quality, efficient and integrated pre and post-sale customer management experience for students and other customers across all British Council Services meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Main accountabilities but not limited to the following:

Sales & Account Servicing
To meet and exceed all sales (new and existing students) targets and KPIs as set out by the organisation.

• Be accountable for individual’s & team’s monthly/quarterly sales (new and existing students) targets.

Customer Management

• Attend to all customers’ requests and enquiries through all British Council channels in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all existing customers are informed of re-registration promotions and periods through various channels as appropriate (e.g. in writing, telephone calls, EDM).
• Register/reserve/waitlist students in appropriate classes and details are entered in the system accurately.

General
