RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Health is one of Singapore's largest community health and eldercare providers. As we are growing our cluster support with the evolving EC model, we are looking for dynamic individuals to drive quality assurance, statutory compliance, and programme management in all Active Ageing Centres (AAC).
Quality Assurance And Compliance:
- Ensuring AACs comply with the funder requirements on service deliveries.
- Oversee the semi-annual AIC progress reporting, ensure correct reporting from AAC to funder.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards of the AACs including tracking, updating, and maintaining SOPs and Work Instructions under the framework of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System Requirements).
- Oversee and manage regular quality surveillance, inspections, audits, and governance of Service Quality projects.
- Develop better practices, drive continuous improvement to a higher level of performance as well as implement sustainable business and operational strategies in line with the organization's growth.
- Engage all centers to implement and uphold the quality standards of the division.
- Act as the relevant contact for MOH Audit matters, providing communication to Ministry on improvement plans and escalation of issues.
- Share learnings and issues across various centers for learning purposes.
- AAC Data Protection Representative
- Conduct quality training, oversee and direct the development and implementation of quality and safety training strategies, initiatives, and programs for the department.
- May require to perform additional duties as requested
Incident Management:
- Establish a Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) to review and manage incidents/ data and other improvement plans.
- Oversee analysis, management, and reporting of incidents (Internal and external reporting)
- Oversee development and implementation of risk registry
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that corresponding risk management measures are in place and sustainable.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare or Gerontology related discipline
- Preferably a minimum 3 years of Healthcare experience
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role
- Minimum of 8 years experience in quality assurance, audit, knowledge management, and data analytics
- Experience in project management and/or process re-engineering using Lean and/or another quality improvement/innovation methodologies
- Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Familiar with Google Workspace
OTHER INFORMATION
- LEAN Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement experiences would be an advantage
