• Liaising with and overseeing service providers and contractors for various facility-related services, such as cleaning, landscaping, HVAC maintenance, and janitorial services, to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
• Ensuring that buildings and facilities comply with health and safety regulations, including conducting regular inspections, implementing safety protocols, and addressing any issues or violations to maintain a safe environment for occupants.
• Managing security measures and access control systems to protect buildings and their occupants from unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or other security threats, coordinating with security personnel or external security agencies as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 Years of working experience in the related field
• Must possess a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate.

Job Scope:
• Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internal and external to ensure all aspect of services are in accordance with study requirements.
• Overall responsibility for ensuring that activities come together in a timely manner to meet the client and study requirements.
• Ensure that all study shipments requested are released according to contractual and country requirements.
• Co-ordination of study returns request in accordance with project requirements.
• Timely provision of reports and other information to clients as required
• To ensure that all processes are performed in accordance to established procedures and cGMP standard.
• Coordination on planning and scheduling of labelling and/or packaging jobs as required by clients.
• Liaise with respective internal and external parties responsible for the production of labelling and packaging materials as required
• Provide input into the writing and review of departmental SOPs.
• Manages and co-ordinates all technical and service aspects of a project; ranging from discussion with clients/Global Project Manager on the development of the project specifications, documentation aspect of setting up project and management of all projects-related activities through to project completion.

Job Requirements:
- Min. Nitec/ Diploma in any field
- Previous knowledge of warehousing and logistic work practices from the Pharmaceutical industry an advantage
