• Identify and map information requirement between the bank internal systems and external parties i.e. clearing house, partner banks, local service providers or outsourced service providers and continuously update the application interface specification
• Escalate issues in an effective manner and resolve these in conjunction with the rest of the team and/or the vendor
• Review SIT cases, analyse defect(s) raised by the test team; liaise with internal Product Owner and/or vendors on fixes delivery dates
• Define UAT cases/plan and be a liaison between project stakeholders and testing team during the testing phase. Ensure defects reported are tracked, follow-up and closed timely. Establish and maintain close communication with business and operations to support day-to-day operations

To succeed in this Business Analyst - Reporting Platform (12 months contract) role, you will need strong experience as an IT Business Analyst and functional exposure to cash management domain specifically towards reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, team spirit, exceptional customer serving attitude. Operations experience is an advantage
• Must have experience in reviewing designs from technical teams/vendors (where applicable)
• Able to review solutions from technical teams/vendors (from a functional view point that it fulfils the requirements objectively)
• Hands-on experience in supporting and clarifying SIT/UAT, regression testing and rehearsal testing
• Able to work independently to resolve issues and/or identify solutions and escalate in timely manner
• Able to support and plan for users’ participation in deployments and implementation of users sanity and/or penny testing (PVT)

Job Role:

You are responsible for delivering Integrated Security projects and provide Service Support and maintenance services by using knowledge and experience of Electronic Security Systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage projects including Testing and commissioning, on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Project Management and Technical skills in project cycle (Pre-Sales to Post commission completion).
• Service Calls: Problem solving and delivering closure on integratedsecurity system defects.
• Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activity on existing systems. Programming of Security systems configurations, installing small additions and changes to the existing systems.
• Assist in Pre-Sales support including Bid preparation, Documentation and Costing. Undertake surveys and assist in preparation of pricing for works required at customer sites.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions and support engineering team in attending to service calls.
• Cost control and resolution of any disputes.
• Deliver an end to end process with customers
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders around project status and timelines.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations. Build positive relationships with customers.
• Proactively identify risks that may affect response capability, specifications, budget and outcome of service quality.
• Produce timely and detailed reports on Projects and Services Support.

Skills and Experience:

• Certification in Project Management or equivalent qualification or strong experience. Proven 5 years' work experience in Electronic Security industry in an equivalent/similar role.
• Sound knowledge of the security systems industry and understanding of system design Experience/Certifications with major integrated Access Control / CCTV / Intruder systems/ Perimeter detection systems
• Strong interpersonal communications skills and the ability to communicate across diverse audience - Written and Spoken.
