Roast Junior Chef
Job Description
· Follow superiors' instructions, accept assigned duties, and unconditionally execute reasonable work arrangements from superiors
· Arrange the sequence for washing vegetables, strictly follow standards for washing ducks and vegetables to ensure the quality of dishes
· Assist superiors in inspecting goods and promptly remind them to replenish all materials
· Responsible for roasting ducks, preparing various sauces, and simmering example soups (responsible for seasoning)
· Classify the use of knives to ensure delicate cutting, achieving the standards of precision and beauty in finished dishes
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of culinary experience in a Chinese restaurant setting
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders
· Extensive food knowledge and creativity
· Possess excellent communicate and management skills
· Decisive and critical thinker with strong leadership skills
· Well-groomed and presentable
