As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and clinical care in the clinic and lead the dental team on the day-to-day operations
• Manage insurance claims
• Manage all administrative functions
• Represent the Management when needed
• Manage Compliance with NEA, MOM, MOH and other regulatory bodies
• Oversee, recruit and lead a team of dental nurses and support staff
• Manage all manpower requirements and HR policies, Payroll, Leave Management, etc
• Planning and management of staff/dentists schedule
• Liaise with all stakeholders - including patients, vendors, suppliers etc
• Manage customer enquiries and other customer service/operational issues
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
• Business Development in terms of expansion of business, clinic upkeep and patient growth
• Marketing planning and execution of said planning
• Work with special projects (grants and certifications) from time to time
• Assist and development of social media marketing
• Assist Clinic Director in daily functions
• Attend and assist in dispute cases
• Participate in continuous quality improvement project
• Involved in recruitment activities, eg: interview, shortlisting, performance review etc.
• Person-in-charge for reporting to Clinic Director
• Bookkeeping of inventory, and sales
• Any other duties within the team

Requirements:

• Possess 3-5 years of managerial/supervisor experience, will be preferred
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients

Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival

Promptly address guests’ requests

Actively listen to and resolve complaints

Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns

Manage guest relations team to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures

Appraise team’s performance and produce regular reports

Job Responsibilities

• To work closely with team leaders to ensure daily smooth operation and department readiness.
• To provide or arrange for system and knowledge training and refresher courses for existing staff.
• Reporting officer to manage a team of ancillary staff and oversee their training and development plan in tandem with the needs of the service area.
• To develop and provide service training to new/junior staff and monitor service standards to ensure good patient experience.
• Able to lead and initiate in quality improvement project (e.g.: 6S, service improvement project).
• To review or create SOP/ process guide for ground workflows.
• Able to do resource and manpower planning, strategic planning, and paper writing.
• To orientate and induct to new staff.
• Ensures that staff are working in optimal conditions and are motivated at work.
• Perform any other duties assigned by reporting officer.

Requirements

• Minimum degree with 2 years and above of service related experience. Knowledge of healthcare operations will be advantageous.
• Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in leadership.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse challenges and situations in a school environment
• At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
