Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver courses at the undergraduate, master's, and executive levels.
  
• Develop new teaching materials and programs that support the department’s and school’s initiatives.
  
• Develop new courses in keeping with business developments and work trends in Asia and globally.
  
• Support the Department in other aspects of our educational mission (e.g., developing industry engagements for internships and workshops, student project supervision, co-directing education programs).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training programs for employees in Singapore and Asia Pacific, managing material review and participant selection.
• Organize logistics for both in-person and online training sessions, including scheduling, facility booking, and budgeting.
• Evaluate training effectiveness with headquarters and stakeholders, addressing employee skill gaps based on feedback.
• Manage training records and ensure the upkeep of internal learning systems.
• Develop and maintain a SharePoint Online site for training resources.
• Support ad-hoc improvement projects and training initiatives.

Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful and collaborative team player.
• Organized with good time-management skills.
• Initiative-driven and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in HR digital software systems preferred.
• Knowledge of business management principles advantageous.

The jobholder supports the organisation in a range of communication activities such as media relations, event staffing, marketing and projects. The jobholder must be comfortable in providing communication consult, lead media relations, and publicity efforts for events.

The jobholder must ensure consistent messaging and communication of MENDAKI’s image and position to internal and external stakeholders. This includes crafting communication materials, pitching human-interest stories and profiles as well as to facilitate media queries.

Lastly, the jobholder must manage interview requests and provide staffing for spokesperson(s) including but not limited to political office holders, members of parliament, MENDAKI leadership team, beneficiaries, volunteers and participants.

Key Responsibility Areas

Media Relations

• Develop and implement communication activities to increase the publicity of MENDAKI's events, programmes and services
• This includes but not limited to develop media angle, key messages/narratives, draft communication materials such as media release and information sheet, as well as to facilitate interviews, and track coverage
• Ensure consistent messaging and communication
• Support the organisation’s media relations with various media partners including government agencies across different media agencies and channels
• Profiling human-interest stories through media pitching
• Work with departments to prepare communication materials such as
  administrative programme, speeches and/or talking points, social media posts, media releases, identify human-interest stories
• Lead media officer to support MENDAKI departments such as School Ready, HR and IT

Communication Projects

• Support editorial collaboration with media partners
• Support publicity efforts for digital projects with government agencies

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Management Executive to join our team. The Resource Management Executive will be responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources within the organization to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.

· Develop and implement resource management strategies to effectively allocate resources across projects and departments

· Collaborate with project managers and department heads to assess resource needs and prioritize allocation

· Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimization

· Track and report on resource allocation and utilization metrics

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to resource management

· Provide guidance and support to team members on resource management best practices

· Stay current on industry trends and best practices in resource management

· Support the day-to-day operations of the Resource Management department by assisting with various functions and responsibilities.

· Manage transfers, performance appraisals, turnover, promotions, and other related administrative tasks

· Collaborate closely with the Business Unit’s Resource Team to ensure smooth operations of daily resource management activities.

· Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees, integrating them into deployment plans effectively.

· Oversee offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage clearance procedures

· Maintain accurate manpower records in the systems.

· Administer disciplinary processes, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for terminations and exit clearances.

· Prepare monthly reports and recruitment statistics for management review.

· Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

· Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field

· Proven experience in resource management or related field

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

· Proficiency in resource management software and tools

· Certification in project management or resource management is a plus
