Job Description

1. Oversee the entire Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process.
2. Prepare and process purchase orders based on approved requirements.
3. Sourcing and negotiations with suppliers.
4. Ensure accuracy in matching invoices with orders.
5. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring timely restocking and efficient stock management.
7. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements

1. A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting or equivalent.
2. Experience in procurement related work is added advantage.
3. Responsible and independent.
4. Strong attention to details.
5. Strong organization and communication skills.
6. Knowledge of microsoft office.
