1. AUTHORITY

To manage the Procurement Team and procurement processes, by delegation or execution.

2. RESPONSIBILITY

The procurement manager is responsible for the Procurement and Logistics Team. He/she is responsible for delegating or executing the spare part, consumable and service contract management, as well as vendor management. He/she will initiate and follow up on process improvement within his/her field of responsibility.

· Delegate contract management tasks as appropriate

· Develop procurement and logistic processes within company

· Setting the procurement strategy to conform to the overall ship management strategy

· Initiate and follow up on process improvements within the Procurement Team

· Pro-Actively contribute to Management Team

· Establish and maintain procurement market knowledge processes

· Maintain contact and actively participate in procurement consolidation

· Initiate and develop contract agreements with vendors and suppliers

· Implementing the procurement strategy at all levels of responsibility

· Initiate and follow up on improvement actions in line with the strategy

· Ensure spare part, consumable, and service contract management processes will come into place and will be improved continuously

· Ensure vendor management processes will come into place and will be improved continuously

· Delegate vendor management tasks as appropriate

· Delegate contract management tasks as appropriate

· Define, monitor, maintain, and if necessary modify required quality of delivered goods and services on board

· Respond to emergencies and potential emergencies as described in the Emergency Response procedures

· Issue standards, best practices and guidelines to the Procurement Department for action as appropriate

· Liaise between senior management and concerned staff in the department

· Participate in the Management Review of the Integrated Management System

· Support Fleet Management Teams on day-to-day and tactical strategic Procurement

· Monitor operational performance by reviewing KPI statistics, monthly reports

· Review Management Review conclusions and prepare corrective actions

· Verify Contract Performance

· Audit suppliers according to audit schedule

· Generate feedback on operational performance from Procurement Executives or Procurement Team

· Developing and Monitoring KPI’s in consultation with the Managing Director

· Provide corrective action proposals based on analysis of KPI results, deviation results and root cause analysis, Management Review results

· Provide status report to the Managing Director/CEO

3. WORK CONTACTS

Maintain a constant line of contact with all purchasers in the Procurement Team. Maintain frequent contact with other members of the Management Team and the Managing Director(s). Establish and maintain contacts with ships (representatives) and suppliers globally. Frequent contact with members of the combined Procurement Team.

4. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

To the Procurement Team.

5. FINANCIAL AUTHORITY

As per Company Financial Authority procedure.

6. QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong analytical, problem solving, time management, decision making and leadership skills

· Highly flexible, stress resistant and able to demonstrate conceptual thinking skills

· Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills

· Extensive knowledge and experience of project work must be process oriented

· Ability to respond positively to customers and external bodies in an effective manner

· Knowledge and experience in the health and safety and the marine industry

· Sound knowledge and experience with QHSE Management concepts

· Preferably knowledge and experience of ship operations

· Good inter-cultural skills and an understanding of Asian and Western business practices and protocol

· Good working understanding of commercial and contractual documents as they pertain to Sellers/Buyers issues

Job Scope

• Front-of-house duties such as managing the customer flow and seating arrangement, cashiering, order taking, serving of food and beverages, clearing of used culinary and utensils, answering of any enquiries from customers
• Back-of-house duties such as food preparation in the kitchen from cutting, slicing, packing, arranging of food items/ingredients, proper storage of food products, stock inventory
• Bar counter duties such as preparing hot and cold beverages like our signatures, bubble teas, alcoholic & non- alcoholic, taking orders for takeaways and deliveries, brewing various tea bases
• Maintain high level of hospitality by greeting and acknowledging the needs of our customers
• Ensure accuracy and quality of the food being served to customers
• Timely feedback to Managers or Supervisors for operational improvements

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Pest Control Operation Executive/Manage to join our team. In this role, you will safeguard homes and businesses from pest infestations, ensuring public health and safety. Success in this position requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to use your ‘detective’ skills to identify and solve pest problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

- Speak with customers and genuinely listen to their concerns.
- Educate clients on preventive measures and exclusion methods to minimize infestations.
- Ensure strong customer service with follow-ups as needed to guarantee satisfaction.

Inspection and Problem Solving:

- Conduct extensive inspections to identify pest issues and underlying causes.
- Use problem-solving skills to develop and implement effective exclusion methods.
- Provide tailored recommendations for long-term pest control solutions.

Pest Control Operations:

- Apply pesticides when and where necessary, following strict product label instructions and NEA regulations.
- Utilize baiting and monitoring systems to track and manage pest activity.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment such as sprayers, foggers, and dusters.

- Training and quality control of all our technicians

Team Collaboration:

- Work effectively with office personnel and the sales team to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation to support operational efficiency.

Safety and Compliance

- Adhere to all safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Comply with NEA guidelines for pesticide handling and storage.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes through regular training.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Valid NEA Vector Control Technician (VCT) license.
- Valid Class 3 driving license.

Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting up to 20kg, and comfortable working in confined spaces.

Experience:

- Prior experience in pest control or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles is advantageous.

Gain practical accounting experience across all aspects of the finance function, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, internal control and reporting.

Responsibilities

· Prepare and maintain accounting record, such as posting journals and invoices.

· Prepare monthly accounting schedule and financial reports.

· Assist with year-end audit matters.

· Responsible for being primary contact to promoters and liaising with stakeholders to deliver events in the venue.

· Support event day operations functions such as crowd management, logistics, backstage, staffing, security, media and technology.

· Oversee venue logistics including setup of equipment such as tables, chairs, barricades, queue poles, etc. during event day.

· Coordinate with key stakeholders on implementation of venue security measures.

· Manage daily operations tasks such as damage tracker, procurement, inventory stock take etc.

· Provide administrative and operational support to the operations team.
