• Business and team oriented, driven professional
• 8 years or more of experience with Japanese/Yakitori cuisine

-Carry out pastry production by following the recipe and instructions
-Keep the kitchen premises clean and organised
-Ensure product quality, quantity and stocks are according to standard
-Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards
-Assist the Head Chef in monitoring the stock, inventory and supplies
