We are seeking a highly driven individual, with or without experience, but what is important is to possess a passion for education, to apply for the position of Center Administrative Manager cum part time Teacher to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our enrichment center, and also taking on the responsibility of teaching a few classes.

As the Centre Admin, you will be responsible for the following:

• Handling of student registrations, payment information, make up classes arrangements and queries from parents
• Coordinating the printing and distribution of lesson worksheets
• Liaising with teachers on make-up lessons absentees and miscellaneous logistical matters
• Ensuring classrooms are kept clean and neat before and after each class

As a part time teacher at the centre, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and setting of curriculum and lesson materials for assigned level(s)
• Conducting of assigned classes

Working hours

• 5 day week
• Required to work on weekends and some public holidays

• 2 weekdays per week

Job Description

• Plan, support and be in-charge of preschool centre
• Oversee and manage Centre’s daily operations and ensure compliance to respective governing legislations
• To fulfil enrolment targets with resource-support from the Management
• Assist in the development of preschool curriculum and framework
• Manage financial expenses and budgets
• Manage and supervise staff and teachers through effective communication and role-model learning

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teaching experience
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) / Diploma in Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L), or its equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent people management skills with a passion for early education and people-development
• Experience in SPARK certification will be an added advantage
