· Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to perform 3 rotating shifts

Duties & Responsibilities

· Provide frontline customer service

· Attend to walk-in patients & phone queries from patients

· Schedule appointments and patient registration

· Handle billing & insurance applications and claims

· Provide financial counselling to patients

· Book referral appointments

· Arrange hospital admission, laboratory & imaging services

· Maintain inventory levels

· General administrative duties in the clinic

· Perform simple wound dressing changes for patients

ANY TASK AS ASSIGNED BY DOCTOR

Requirements:

· Enrolled or Registered Nurse

· Fluent in English.

· Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.

· With training, applicants must be able to give accurate financial counselling to patients, manage insurance applications and claims for patients’ procedures and consultations.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm
