• Manage claims process and coordinate the renewal and administration of medical malpractice coverage for the organisation
• Drive the ML education and communication arm to increase awareness of latest industry trends and issuee
• Serve as a Secretariat to Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC)
• Manage ad hoc projects
Requirements
• A good basic degree from reputable university.
• Focused and motivated individual with relevant experience in case reviews and management of complaints.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Keen eye for details and a curious mind to deep-dive into issues.
• Excellent follow-up capabilities, ability to prioritise and handle several projects simultaneously.
• Skillfulness in handling people from different levels, backgrounds and personalities.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, including ability to negotiate, inform about risk, influence to gain alignment and agreement.
