The Scheduling Analyst / Senior Analyst will look at operationalizing the network plan by ensuring that schedule changes are executed accurately and all stakeholders and downline systems are updated with the latest schedules. The incumbent will also look at existing processes and work flows and make recommendations for enhancements and automation.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

● Building Automation test framework for web and mobile applications

● Integrating tests withs CI pipelines

● Hands on different kinds of testing –API testing, web and mobile

automation, Database testing and Performance testing

● Defect lifecycle management and test data management

● Leading the entire QA process for the project

Job Requirements:

● 5+ years’ experience writing Automated Tests and building frameworks around it

● Should be able to build test and deployment strategy

● Experience in using Selenium and Cypress, and other open source testing tools like Cucumber, Gatling etc

● Experience in testing web-services in an automated fashion

● Basic understanding of Dev-ops practices – Docker, K8s, terraform

● Experience with cloud technologies: AWS or Azure or GCP

● Experience in writing SQL queries

● Good collaboration, communication , analytical and problem-solving skills

● Experience in working in an Agile development environment

Requirements:

• Experience working across multiple markets such as the US, China, Hong Kong is required

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle

Responsibilities:

• To lead the functional design and rollout of specialized modules of a healthcare system.
• Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas of improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements and process flows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for developers and designers.
• Participate in the design, development, and testing of core systems and end-user applications,
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support and escalation when necessary.
• Perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
