Responsibilities:

• Responsible for architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control and documentation
• Review Architectural drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural and client’s provision
• Responsible for on-site architectural matters and quality checks
• Perform site supervision and co-ordination of architectural works
• Ensure all materials used and performed are as per specifications
• Preparation of reports as required
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma, Degree in Architectural/ Building Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position
• Able to use Microsoft Project, AutoCAD,
• Experience in HDB BTO project will be preferred

• Execute, monitor and ensure the timely completion of the project
• Liaise with the Consultant Representative on project matters.
• Coordinate with all Subcontractors on matters pertaining to site and quality issues;
• Co-ordinate with QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of project to meet customer requirements.
• Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement;
• Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works;
• Ensure the site operations comply with the Project Quality Plan, including quality, environmental and occupational health & safety.
• Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment and review on supplier qualification, performance and process capability.
• Ensure supplier quality issues are dealt with, analyzed, improved and follow through.
• Interact with customer on product quality. Handle and follow-up to address customer feedback/complaints.
• Support internal, external and customer audits.
• Evaluation, verification and validation of new parts/samples.
• Establish and maintain inspection criteria for incoming, in-process and final products.
• Identify quality issues, NCR, CAPA handling and drive continuous improvement.
• Authorize the release of products (COC), COA review & approval
• Monthly data analysis on product quality and quality objective
• Review and approval on DHR
• Participate in new projects, commercial product quality management and control
• Drive change management and control

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 3-5 years experience in medical device QA and/or RA
• ISO 13485:2016 certified internal auditor will be advantageous
• Familiar with quality control tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
