We are looking for a self-motivated Finance and HR Executive. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corporatise our business.

Our business includes a retail segment with 2 retail chains selling fast moving consumer goods and religious products, a property rental segment and a direct selling segment.

Responsibilities:

Accounting, General Admin Functions

• Responsible for the full set accounts and day-to-day accounting.
• Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation
• Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately
• Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns
• Process payments to suppliers
• Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents

HR Functions

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function
• Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters

• Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task

Responsibilites:

• Social Media/Digital Marketing: create & monitor content for several platforms at once

Contract Duration: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (Including school holidays): 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break.
• Total Hours per Week: 42.5 hours.
• Note: Services are not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays unless otherwise specified. Adjustments to the schedule may be required within the 42.5-hour framework.

Key Responsibilities

ICT Support

1. Assist the HOD ICT in managing daily ICT services and overseeing project implementations.
2. Support MOE policies, ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards.
3. Manage and update the school’s website using IsomerCMS, WordPress, or Swiiit.
4. Handle vendor coordination, contract management, and preparation of ITQ specifications and documentation.
5. Assist in ICT asset management, including inventory and loan equipment tracking.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., PC, printer, and LAN connectivity).
7. Conduct evaluations for AV and ICT devices, and prepare procurement-related documentation.

ICT Training

1. Plan and deliver Just-In-Time (JIT) training/workshops for staff and students.
2. Prepare and present multimedia training materials.
3. Infuse digital literacy in teaching and learning curriculums.
4. Organize and conduct ICT training for effective implementation.
5. Research and propose tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

Other Duties

1. Photograph and video record significant school events using DSLR cameras.
2. Film, edit, and create videos for school activities, ensuring high-quality output.
3. Live-stream major school events and manage AVA setups for assemblies and functions.
4. Carry out any additional duties as assigned by school leaders.

Qualifications and Skills Required

1. Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience as an ICT Executive, preferably in a Singapore primary school environment.
• Hands-on experience with ICT projects and managing school ICT assets.

1. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Advanced knowledge of video editing software and livestreaming tools (preferably in iOS or Mac environments).
• Ability to troubleshoot IT systems and set up AV sound systems.

1. Training and Communication:

• Capable of preparing and conducting ICT training sessions for staff and students.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

1. Other Requirements:

• Strong planning, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Physically capable of moving and setting up IT and AV equipment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
  

• Maintain and upkeep the office space and facilities.
• Responsible for procurement, inventory record, data update and archiving and payment arrangements.
• Arrange and coordinate the renewal of season parking and duty roster.
• Arrange and coordinate workstation setup and related work.
• Any other matters/ projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Admin, facilities management or other relevant disciplines
• Preferably at least 2 years of experiences in office management / facilities management in large and established organization
• Ability to work independently, problem solve and drive decision making in a rapidly expanding and fast paced environment.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Attend tender site-walks, draft and prepare quotations to fulfil project requirements

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in outdoor sales. Experience with MCST and/or other building (including malls and hotels) maintenance projects will be advantageous.

• Willing to work night shift occasionally should client requires it (compensation scheme to be discussed during interview).

• Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations.
• Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors.
• Hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff
• Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery.
• Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques.
• Preparing meals and competing prep support as needed.
