Job Summary:

The Bookkeeping and Administration Officer assists the Group Finance and Administration Manager in maintaining the organization’s financial records and performing key administrative functions. • Implementation of effective safety management system, preventive measures as well as risk assessment to minimize accidents at the assigned workplace/site

1. Undertakes in an autonomous manner, and, where required, under supervision, all functions associated with the administration of companies and entities of various types forming part of the core offer of the company in the area of wealth structuring entities (the “Entities”).
2. Ensures timely delivery of services throughout the lifecycle of these Entities, from establishment or incorporation to winding up or termination.

• Overall responsible for the development and implementation of HSE strategies, procedures, training, monitoring, and reporting
• Oversee and enforce WSH on the project site and ensure project is executed in compliance with the WSH regulations and statutory requirements.

• Evaluate and access the construction methodology and risk assessment in HSE aspect
