1. Conduct research and analysis on Giving.sg, charities and the sector to develop a consolidated resource of essential information about charities.

1. Assist in the clean up and build up of data in our customer relationshiop management system, Salesforce,

RESPONSIBILITIES

Intern #1

• Programme conceptualization, development and execution of workshops and programmes around starting a groundup and groundup capability skill development, and/or networking events
• Publicity for Groundup programmes
• Creation of post-event content
• Support the successful execution of BAGUS Together programmes

Intern #2

• Meetings with people interested in starting groundups to inspire and support them in their journey of starting.
• Meetings with Groundup partners to plan events and facilitate learning and collaboration opportunities.
• Written features showcasing various groundup leaders leaders (such as articles, IG, FB, LinkedIn posts)
• Successful Speaker Engagement, Management and Sharings for Groundup networking and learning events.
• Summarizing of insights from events
• Facilitation support for Events

• Passionate about some community(ies) they are active in
• Strong interest in different, groundup, non-profit organisations and understanding how they operate
• Outgoing, comfortable with interacting with new people from different communities

5-6 months internship role starting from early March 2025.

You will be working closely with our Community Engagement team with focus on managing programmes, events and campaigns. Your involvement is important in our efforts to better support and empower children with chronic illnesses & their families.

Community Integration

• Assist the staff overall in-charge in the management and execution of CRS’ annual signature events and VIA (Values in Action) /CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities for beneficiaries and their families.
• Manage and organize programmes with corporate, institutional and community partners. This includes coordination of events dissemination across internal teams and beneficiaries.
• Work closely with volunteers on programmes and beneficiary engagement, where such programmes require.
• Support other duties in the Enterprise & Community Integration team as assigned by supervisor.

• Participate in something purposeful, working in a Charitable Organisation
• Gain knowledge in effective events operations and participate in awareness efforts, driving outreach initiatives for the betterment of lives of CRS beneficiaries

The role

You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall brand social strategy that acts as a vehicle to grow, support, engage, and strengthen the relationship between Love, Bonito, and our customers and the greater community of women, all over the world. You will deep-dive into our Social Media Pillar and function as a full member of the Global Brand Marketing Team. Projects will be shared with you in more detail during the recruitment process.

Main responsibilities

• Assist the social team with posting operations for the global social content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules
• Support social team in social shoots and coverages for branded campaigns and activations held in Singapore
• Support social team in ideation, coordination and execution of LIVE operations and social giveaways to continuously engage our community
• Support in creating content briefs and working with various stakeholders to ensure relevant high-quality, branded content is delivered
• Provide community support to the social media team, monitoring and responding to comments, queries and DMs on the respective social media channels
• Support social performance reporting, particularly in social listening and market research, to keep the team informed of trends.
• Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
• BONUS: If you’re able to ideate and create relevant and engaging social media video content

• Strong multitasking and project management skills
• Adept in Google Suite (Word, Slide, Sheets)
• Good knowledge of social media best practices and trends
• Able to adapt and independently evolve in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness and fiexbility under pressure.
• Experience in video-editing software such as Premiere Pro/Final Cut/Capcut will be a bonus
• Prior experience in marketing, creative work, fashion photography, or videography will be a bonus.
• A commitment of 6 months full-time for this internship is preferred. Internships on attachments to school programmes are welcomed.
