The Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the NUS Business School’s strategic fundraising efforts. • Responsible for interpretation of specifications, compliances, review of tender drawings for any discrepancies and any other relevant document.
• Conduct detailed technical evaluations of tender documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with tender submissions and develop mitigation strategies.
• Plan and execute with tender team to achieve KPI.
• Suggest Value Engineering solution for MEP works, if required, in the tender.
• Assist in the presentation slide, technical write up for tender submission/interview and attendance of tender interview.
• Involve in project write up such as understanding scope of work, manpower histogram, programs and project schedule using Microsoft Project software.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the decision-making process during tender evaluations.
• Evaluating quotations from sub-cons/suppliers according to tender requirement.
