Role Description

This is a full-time Compliance Assistant role located in Singapore. Some remote work is acceptable. As a Compliance Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day compliance operations and reporting to fund managers and investors.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Help onboard new investors and keep them informed with regular updates.
• Make sure all documents are complete and organized.
• Help prepare and maintain compliance documentation, including reports, filings, and records.
• Support the compliance team in conducting regular investor screening and onboarding.
• Perform simple checks to ensure new investors meet all necessary requirements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the compliance team.

Qualifications
