• To advise & instruct all work persons employed & the sub-contractors or suppliers on site operations matters.
• To make all necessary decisions on the methods & work operations issues whenever there is discrepancy upon approval from the PM, respective authorities or consultants to ensure the site smooth operations.
• To issue any stop work order, if necessary, on site whenever there any unsafe act or conditions that the CM deemed is unfit for the work person on site to carry on the work safely.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on site operation.
• Knowledge in contract/tender documents administration

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all architectural works on site
• Attend meeting with client’s representative and consultants
• Feedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments during meetings.
• Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines.
• Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
• Liaise with architect, design consultant and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues.
• Prepare, nterpret and coordinate all types of drawings (construction/shop drawings, as-built etc) in relation to the project
• Ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference
• To check, coordinate and develop drawings to ensure quality drawing to avoid conflicts with the Consultant and Contractor drawings
• To Consolidate and coordinate all type of documents used for approval process to relevant parties
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural
• Discipline 5 years experience in architectural finishing works
• Competentin Autocad/BIM
