• To be overall in-charge of the management and control of individual site team of Resident Engineer(s) and Resident Technical Officer(s) and ensure that there is satisfactory supervision provided.

Qualification

• Minimally a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board in the respective field of works below.
• Resident Engineers (REs) for both Land Works and Marine Works, the minimum experiences are as follows:
• The REs shall have at least five (5)* years of site supervisory experience with minimum two (2) years in land reclamation, marine construction or coastal development related projects, and accredited by IES/ACES as a RE
• Must be literate in English, proficient in writing minutes of meetings & reports and have a good knowledge to use computer, computer software, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

• Posting of all accounting entries related to income, expense, and journals as required.
• Oversee and maintain cash flow.
• Review the system for invoicing, tracking payments, and aging analysis of outstanding AP/AR.
• Ensure good practice in recording and filing expenses.
• Maintain the ongoing reconciliation of bank and cash accounts, ensuring that the books are balanced.
• Ensure inter-company accounts are balanced and reconciled.
• Oversee year-end procedures – accruals, prepaid, receivables, and payables; any other journals as required.
• Financial year-end preparation of accounts for audit. Liaise with Auditors to ensure clean signoff. Follow up on closing any audit gaps.
• Initiate tax planning, and GST reporting and oversee periodical tax filings
• Work closely with the respective business units to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Group consolidation
• Prepare monthly, yearly, ad-hoc, and consolidated reports.
• Suggest process improvement of in-house system or automatizing processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
• At least 5 – 7 years experience of accounting experience.
• Prior knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting System will be an added advantage.
• Experience in handling full-set accounting and annual audits.
• Independent and responsible personality
• Preferred to be bilingual due to work requirements.

• To create 3D renderings according to specifications provided by the Designers
• Update and make amendments to drawing in accordance with revised requirements
• Generate comprehensive detail drawings for furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements
• Work closely with designers concerning interior design layouts and drawings standards/details
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Proficient in Autodesk, AutoCAD, SketchUP, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of materials and their application
